Family cabins at Etty Bay receive a makeover
We're excited to announce that we have just completed refurbishments on all of our existing family cabins giving them a fresh new look to complement the new waterfront couples cabins at Etty Bay.
With harsh weather conditions in the tropics, it was time to give some love back to our family cabins.
The refurbishment included a fresh coat of paint and new screened in decks to improve the overall facade of the park, and provide guests with more privacy. The inspiration behind our new cabins was based on contrasting with the tropical surroundings.
Sustainability was top of mind when we approached the refurbishment.
The project commenced in March 2023 and was completed the same month. Work included roofing, external painting, removal of old handrails and posts, construction of side screens to provide privacy, and installation of handrails and clothing rails. There are future plans to renovate the interior with a fresh coat of paint inside, new modern kitchen facilities and upgrades to the bathrooms.
Our family cabins can sleep 4 guests. Each cabin contains a simple kitchen, queen bed and bunk beds along with en-suite and air conditioning.
We are absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible feedback for our new look cabins and we're sure you will love them too.
