Following a competitive tender process, 1EIGHT is excited to welcome Wendy Burgess to the helm at Etty Bay Kitchen.
Wendy has over 20 years in the industry and recently returned to Innisfail to be closer to family and friends. With support from 1EIGHT, she's also fulfilling a life-long dream to run her own cafe.
To kick things off with a bang, Wendy has introduced some new items to the menu for Easter including:
Calamari with Asian Salad $15
Bucket of prawns $20
Loaded Greek dips $10
Fish & chips are also on the menu.
The Kitchen is now open and will be open daily from 11am - 630pm.
With a deep connection to Etty Bay from when she was a child, Wendy is looking forward to being a strong contributor to our community.
